Capital HR classification resources are able to provide
operational classification services including relativity
identification and analysis, preparation of supporting
rationales, chair classification evaluation committees
(operational or grievance), review of all allocations
at all levels. We are able to provide these services
on or off site.

and experience to undertake monitoring activities,
provide specialist training, and develop policy or
position papers.

Design
Capital HR is able to provide, undertake and manage
organization reviews and design assignments from start
to finish.
This process includes meeting with management to determine
the overall objectives, defining methodology, identifying
and analyzing relativity, conducting employee interviews,
developing options and identifying overall implications
and impacts.
We also ensure the development of all support documentation,
including work descriptions.

HR: Work Description
Writing
Capital HR has completed over 400 work descriptions
covering all classification allocations and levels
including the Executive Group. These descriptions
have been prepared in a number of formats depending
on the client's needs, with each description undergoing
a two step quality review process before the initial
client review.
With several trained and experienced writers, Capital
HR is able to respond to the urgent needs of its clients.
Capital HR also has significant experience in developing
generic work descriptions.
